Job Overview:

The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Group Reservations Coordinator to join their guest services team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for answering external/internal Hotel calls, returning e-mails/voicemails and assisting guests in booking reservations, all while providing superior property knowledge in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What you’ll do:

As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for answering external/internal Hotel calls, returning e-mails/voicemails and assisting guests in booking reservations, all while providing superior property knowledge in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

  • Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office
  • Review actualized rooms for potential billing errors
  • Audit OnQ PM for reservations accuracy, with attention to special requests, coding issues and billing requirements.
  • Initiate and prepare reports, as well as assist with other administrative duties as needed
  • Assists management/front desk operations by booking transient reservations
  • Monitor and charge No Shows and Late Cancels daily
  • Answer incoming guests calls, both internal and external; monitor multiple inboxes related to FIT bookings and group requests
  • Review group pick up; assist in ensuring proper availability of room types/balancing as necessary using OnQ RNI
