Position Summary:
The Head of Projects within the regional property team will work closely with the Regional Property Director to develop, manage and implement the retail project management strategy within the region.
You will manage a large team and be involved in all elements of retail project management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of large retail projects.
Required Education & Experience:
- A degree in Project Management or Engineering, or a similar degree-based qualification.
- Management experience of multiple retail brands and large food and beverage retail stores preferable.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader able to set direction and motivate a large team. You will also be a strong communicator with the capability to work with third parties, including driving negotiations and decision making.
- At least 10 years experience in a similar role controlling large retail project management operations and budgets (Middle East experience preferable).
