Position Summary:
As a Producer on the Events and Experiences team, you will be working on some of Google’s events in the US, spanning live events, pre-recorded content, and experiential initiatives. You will oversee production and serve as a liaison between the events team, product teams, and production partners to improve efficiency and communication of complex production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead graphics partners or freelance team vetting, selection, and scoping processes. Collaborate with product teams on content development and production requirements.
- Assist with leading speaker briefings with speakers and Google executives, thinking through the narrative for each session.
- Assist with crafting overall narrative/content and bringing it to life through on-screen content/graphics, video, and live performances.
- Produce content and creative for Google events and experiences by building and managing production teams for the various deliverables of a project.
- Support and give feedback on all aspects of technical and artistic production including conception, development, and implementation of videos and graphics.
Required Education & Experience:
- Experience leading graphics projects (e.g., keynotes, long-form films, award ceremonies, etc.) and global advertising campaigns
- Passionate about brands, stories, ideas, events and live/physical design
- Experience in production across various marketing mediums
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to think strategically, and define complex programs along multiple work streams, in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- 12 years of creative production experience for an agency and/or internal brand marketing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
