Position Summary:
We are looking to welcome customer-focused Team Leader to lead our delightful Restaurant, Kitchen Teams & Swedish Food Market.
Our Food Team Leaders cover many aspects of our business from Food Safety and Customer Experience all the way through to Commerciality leader and Coach. We are the team who start the journey in our restaurants for Breakfast & Lunch, giving customers the chance to think about the bigger purchases in life and then in give them a reason to return in our Bistros and take little bit of Sweden home with them from our Swedish Food Markets …. We are more than our Meatballs!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Food Team Leader, you will work with your team to create a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the co-worker.
- You contribute and support the implementation of the store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan.
- You will be responsible for ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, attractive and inviting.
- Being passionate about the food we serve and sell, and actively learn about it and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Promoting a safety-first culture, as well as coach others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
- You also ensure our products are always in perfect condition and correctly priced.
Required Education & Experience:
You are an IKEA Brand Ambassador, leading with pride sharing your passion for food and services that we serve our customers and co-workers. Strong communication skills and thrive working in a high pressure environment!
