Position Summary:

The role involves: developing and maintaining close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of client goals and critical success factors in order to identify applications for Company products and services.
  • Creating strategies to deliver consistent quality performance to revenue goals.
  • Identifying solution cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • New customers attraction, deep knowledge in consultative sales processes & techniques
  • Maintaining knowledge and awareness of key industry trends and best practices.
  • Achieve sales target oriented to impact revenue & average contract value
  • Growth and maintain current customer’s portfolio
  • Providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing management in order to position our offerings effectively.
  • Creating strategic business partnerships with clients and developing C-level relationships
  • Applying successful business principals to manage the assigned territory in order to meet revenue goals, enhance client satisfaction, and continued relationship expansion.
  • Regular client engagement that will increase client loyalty and overall relationship value.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different personalities
  • Minimum 5 years’ business to business sales experience selling non tangibles
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills, ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills expressing concepts
  • Success in establishing and accomplishing challenging personal goals
  • Strong business acumen
  • Background in risk management and/or familiarity of fintech and banking solutions industry a strong plus
  • Proven business development skills
