Position Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager you can look forward to supporting the Prepaid Certification Team, clients, vendors, IT/Engineering, Product, and internal/external others as needed working to test/validate/certify closed loop gift card programs, including Digital/eCommerce (B2B, B2C, Balance Inquiry). Provide advanced troubleshooting and analysis for Prepaid OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) message formats and API calls. Work to minimize delays in product testing and acceptance and providing a high level of quality support and responsiveness. This will include managing tasks on multiple client projects, from inception to closure following our test plan and best/established practices and procedures while being able to adapt to any project items/blockers. Working with all stakeholders to define the client’s integrations points, product functionality, and the transactions that will be processed through each. This includes developing the overall testing/validation/certification strategy including remediation efforts in coordination with all stakeholders. The Prepaid Quality Assurance Analyst, Sr is responsible for the quality and technical performance of component/product integrations and works to ensure the ultimate success of the program, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of all Prepaid Digital/eCommerce products and functionality
  • Strong client focus delivering tasks on time or ahead of schedule
  • Excellent communication providing clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Facilitates/manages technical communications including stakeholder/client and project team expectations
  • Understanding of all Closed Loop Prepaid (Gift Card) products and functionality
  • Defining the validation/certification plan for all integration points and product functionality
  • Driving revenue realization by decreasing implementation times for projects
  • Autonomy: Making complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment
  • Defining Prepaid processing requirements
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring testing/validation/certification methodologies are followed

Required Education & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Prepaid Product Line
  • RESTful API Web services
  • Knowledge of Customers/Vendors
  • Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelors Degree
  • High School graduate/GED
  • Working knowledge of Linux
  • 3-5 years equivalent work experience as a Quality Assurance/Testing Analyst
