Position Summary:
The Technical Service Executive is a vital role within Fiserv Output Solutions. You will own the client service delivery and support experience with Instant Issue Advantage. Beginning during initial solution implementation, you will advocate for Best In Class service delivery on behalf of our clients by working with various teams, both within and outside of Fiserv. You will use your working knowledge of the technical aspects of Instant Issue Advantage to build client loyalty and trust. And you will use your problem solving and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention while mitigating risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong working relationships with associates in instant issue adjacent roles across Fiserv and our instant issue partner companies and leverage those relationships to ensure client success with the instant issue solution.
- Craft and execute effective service management programs for assigned accounts.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the card solutions Fiserv offers and a deep working knowledge of the connectivity and integration options available for Instant Issue Advantage for those solutions.
- Develop loyal and satisfied client relationships while proactively managing risk.
- Coordinate the activities of other associates in the implementation of action plans on behalf of our clients.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Share the voice of the client during product and/or management reviews of the instant issue product roadmap and strategy.
- Engage in assigned instant issue implementations to ensure the solution sold is implemented as planned, taking action to address and eliminate barriers during the solution roll out.
- Partner with the Client Executive team in periodic account planning and reviews for strategic client accounts.
- Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction with Instant Issue Advantage to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for said improvement.
- Utilize business solutions and financial knowledge to execute industry competitive service management tactics.
- Play a key role in ensuring client success through development of standard processes and ongoing process improvement.
