Position Summary:
Serves as a solutions expert , at the business unit level developing the most advanced end-to-end solution architecture for highly complex and significant initiatives in partnership with key business and IT stakeholders. Exposes current state architecture and identifies options for future state architecture. Works closely with business and IT stakeholders creating solutions that balance competing interests and concerns. Develops plans for and facilitates the migration from current to selected future state by providing technical leadership to multiple initiatives. Mentors those in less senior positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
- Ensure that architecture standards are being followed for solutions
- Architect the solutions in coordination with multiple Agile Release Trains (ART)
- Shape EPIC feature definition and solution decomposition at the SAFe solution-level
- Ensure strategic and tactical alignment of solutions with the development teams
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less-senior team members
- Mobile (Android preferred) experience
- Collaboration in the creation of architecture artifacts
- Solution patterns and integrations
- Work with Enterprise/Domain/UX/Application architects on architectural design and documentation
- Identify and validate system impacts for strategic objectives
Required Education & Experience:
- Experience in leveraging Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Cloud solution experience
- Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills/techniques, provide thought leadership
- Experience with Business Architecture concepts
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Poise in presenting to all levels of management
- Understanding of DevSecOps
- Ability to make progress in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
- SPARX EA experience
- Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood business and technical terms
