Key Responsibilities:
We are now seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with experience in the Talent Attraction & Recruitment space. Candidates should have an understanding of the Talent Attraction processes, operating models and employee experience as well as having hands on experience working with core and Emerging Technology e.g. ATS, CRM.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team that focuses on Talent Attraction innovation in pursuit of enabling a world class candidate experience. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent technical skills, communication skills, integrate into new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide insight to clients on the current and future landscape of emerging technology that is disrupting the talent attraction process, buying trends, employee experiences and to identify opportunities for innovation
- Delivering on projects utilising Emerging Technologies to enable clients to innovate and deliver on their talent agenda e.g. AI based recruitment and onboarding products in addition to core Recruitment capabilities in SAP, Workday and Oracle
- Working as a key part of a project team(s), work streams and workforce optimisation interventions in a broad range of industry sectors
- Play a key role in supporting clients and delivery teams with the adoption of new technology innovation
- Ability to understand the design, delivery and execution of the full life cycle HR technology and service delivery transformation programs
- Ability to consider the broader business context and implications and not just the immediate challenge or task in hand when advising clients
- Prepare materials for designing and delivering immersive client workshops shaping their innovation agenda and technology roadmaps
- Contributing to service delivery on HR Transformation projects that are implementing Emerging Technology solutions
- Supporting client consultations focusing on emerging technology capabilities, vendor selection and implementation methodologies and approaches for new Application Tracking Systems (ATS), standalone Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems, HCM software, AI, VR, chatbots and other leading technology
Required Education & Experience:
- Experience working with Emerging Technology in the talent attraction lifecycle from concept through execution and ongoing operations
- Track record of delivering business value in a market-competitive manner
- Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
- Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to support influencing and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain assist for major changes and key decisions
- Experience supervising junior colleagues both onshore and offshore
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
- Ideally supported design and implementation on at least two large-scale HR Transformation projects with a Talent Attraction focus
- Be confident and effective in recognising and escalating potential issues during client assignments
