Required Education & Experience:
- Expert F&B Production knowledge.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
- Proven multi-disciplinary experience.
- Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Culinary / Hotel and Tourism Management.
- Minimum 7 years’ in progressively more responsible F&B Production roles / similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
