Position Summary:

This function is to ensure exceptional Culinary Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless culinary experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our restaurants, by delighting them with consistent high quality food.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Expert F&B Production knowledge.
  • Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
  • Proven multi-disciplinary experience.
  • Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Culinary / Hotel and Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 7 years’ in progressively more responsible F&B Production roles / similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
