Position Summary:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the INSTALLATION DIVISION of BLOUNT ISLAND COMMAND.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will review and preparation of MILCON program submissions, special project submissions, and other engineer-related documentation.
- You will preparing and supervising and coordination the facility planning effort.
- You will be responsible for the preparation of final plans, specification and cost estimates for the construction, alteration or repair of structures, building, and system.
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the environmental program for a large installation.
- You will provide technical advice for modifications.
Required Education & Experience:

- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver?s license.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- You must be a current registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA).
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
