Position Summary:

A Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, arranging and inventory management for 2000 Direct Served customers. Responsibilities also include dispatching Jet fuel to direct served Aviation sites.
Position requires an individual who is flexible, organized, and a team player. Must possess great communication and customer service skills. Must be able to perform under pressure of time constraints and multitask. We are a 365 day a year operation; therefore, must be able to work a schedule that often includes weekends, holidays and PM shift. This position is on a 4/10 rotating work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives and handles customers inquires and complaints..
  • Monitors and resolves inventory issues for 1700 Forecasted stations
  • Dispatches over 300 Direct Served loads daily.
  • Coordinates with Transportation Specialist in securing optimal number of transports.
  • Run daily support reports, analyze data and react to changes in sales fluctuations
  • Closely Liaisons with customers, carriers and operations partners.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Ability to work a rotating schedule that often includes weekends, holidays and PM shift as needed.
  • + 2 years of Transportation experience
  • + 2 years of Oil and gas experience.
  • +2 years of Dispatch experience
  • High degree of digital proficiency
  • Ability to initiate process improvements.
  • Self starter
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective and professional communications
  • Effective interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills dealing with internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven record of innovative problem solving
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, upgrades and procedures
  • Demonstrates a reliable work history.
  • Availability to work Pacific Time zone schedule.
