Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide creativity and follow best practices in sourcing using CRM, ATS, social communities of practice, and extensive sourcing tools available to our sourcing team members.
  • In partnership with Recruiting Partners, build relationships with business leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand drivers, the external talent pool, and immediate as well as long-term talent needs.
  • Deliver ongoing talent discovery for difficult to fill positions and job families.
  • Seek and utilize analysis of market trends and provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines and sourcing activities.
  • Collaborate heavily with Business Leaders, TA leaders, and TA Operations teams to deliver solutions based on creativity, search mastery, and a passion for the mission of CVS Health.
  • Build extensive, diverse information technology pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions including digital architecture, Java full stack, SDET, UX/UI, technical product management, iOS and Android, DevOps, as well as technical leadership position openings. (No one Contract Search Partner will work on every position family listed here.)

Required Education & Experience:

  • Experience with Smashfly CRM or other robust CRM and ATS (Kenexa, Workday, Taleo).
  • 3+ years of research/sourcing technical candidates with proficiency in an array of progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing of passive candidates, job boards, leading-edge internet and social media sourcing techniques, and networking/referral driven sourcing.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in information technology.
  • 2+ years’ experience with developing expansive creative search/research strategies for large information technology projects.
  • 3+ years with a TA CRM or other robust candidate relationship management tool or enterprise ATS.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and ways of working.
  • Strong candidate assessment skills, direct sourcing, relationship building, and experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Effectively build, monitor, and measure effective social media recruiting efforts using a CRM.
