Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition team is critical to the continued success at CVS Health and Aetna and our future growth plans. The Senior Sourcer will support our enterprise analytics function by searching for candidates for open roles and creating a proactive pipeline of individuals in this highly competitive market. They will be influential in our hiring process leveraging competitive data and candidate information to inform the best path forward for our managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
- Prepare candidate slates, conduct in depth candidate interviews and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media use
- Seek and utilize analysis of market trends and provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines and sourcing activities
- Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions
- Partner and lead business leaders through professional conferences and events; implement conference strategies including event planning, pre-conference candidate outreach and post-conference follow-up
- Ensure staffing activities are conducted in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- In partnership with the recruiter, build relationships with business leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand business drivers, the external talent pool and the immediate and long-term talent needs
- Represent CVS Health at relevant professional meetings/conferences, career fairs, networking events, college fairs, and diversity events
Required Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of working in a Talent Acquisition department
- 2+ years of experience with developing expansive creative candidate sourcing strategies.
- 2+ years of experience working in an applicant tracking system, CRM or other robust candidate relationship tool
- Experience sourcing or recruiting for data analytics roles such as data scientists and data engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience to substitute.
