Position Summary:

The JET  team within TFG has a vacancy available for a Manager Customer Insights And Analytics

What you’ll do:

  • Analyse customer buying behaviour during marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • Strategic management of chain direct marketing plans based on customer data and insights
  • Leverage all customer data assets to provide actionable insights on customer profiles for broader business strategy by interpreting and translating data into opportunities or recommendations
  • Assist in the development of data driven customer segmentation models.
  • Interpret, share and recommend actions based on group customer research conducted
  • Accurate reporting and analyses in order to drive return on marketing investment

What you’ll have:

  • Ability to systemise thinking and train team members
  • Advanced problem solving
  • Knowledge and experience in statistical software packages (SQL/SAS/SPSS)
  • Excellent data interpretation skills
  • 9- 10 Years’ experience
  • Candidates with a Marketing / Commerce qualification, with strong analytical skills will also be considered
  • Hands-on experience of large-scale customer database data interrogation and manipulation
  • Industry/retail experience (Advantageous)
  • A degree in the field of research (psychology, sociology, behavioural science, computer science) or statistics / mathematics or a degree
