Job Overview:
To increase instore revenue by actively facilitating the opening and servicing instore accounts in order to achieve targets set.
Key Responsibilities:
- To actively engage with customers, in motivating opening of instore accounts. To have full comprehensive knowledge of mrp accounts in order to successfully provide follow-up and resolutions, to meet customer needs.
- To maintain knowledge of NCA with regards to documentary requirements needed for a customer to open instore accounts. Responsible for all account administration and the processing of all account maintenance required by customers.
Required Education & Experience:
- Grade12/NQF4.
- Customer Service.

- mrpMoney In-Store Accounts.
- 1 Year Retail Experience.
