Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates in a team environment and independently with suppliers, business partners, and technology teams on projects, support activities, application development, and standardization.
- Works with business to gather requirements, configures solutions within Kronos, and develops WIM and other custom interfaces.
- Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation documents.
- Monitors and troubleshoots Payroll Export jobs and other interfaces for any issues.
- Develops scalable, low latency, reliable, and efficient interfaces that meets the business requirements.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards.
- Defines, configures/develops, tests, analyzes, and maintains Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Analytics).
- Creates and supports custom reports and audit inquiries from the business.
Required Education & Experience:
- Kronos WFD knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Experience working with People Import and Security setup in WFC.
- Experience developing and supporting interfaces between Kronos and SAP HR/Payroll.
- Knowledge of custom report writing for Kronos.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis towards highly available and scalable global solutions.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Central software suite, V8 preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- 1-3 years’ experience working with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager.
- 1-3 years’ experience working with Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Analytics).
- Familiarity with middleware systems like MQ, DataPower, and UC4.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience.
