Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a seasoned senior leader to with a strong background in the Blockchain/Digital Assets Technology space to become the Technology Product Manager for many of the Digital Assets initiatives we have in our Treasury & Trade business in Citi. The ideal candidate is a senior leader with strong DLT/Blockchain background in the financial industry, with a track record of building world-class products in large and complex environments.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the executive stakeholder audience in the TTS business by acting as a partner, trusted advisor and operating through influence
- Nurture a strong partnership with our business leaders to shape, define and build the technology deliverables from a Digital Assets perspective.
- Work with internal and external partners to design, validate and deliver solutions with a commercial benefit for Citi
- Partner with the DLT Centre of Excellence to ensure best practice is followed from the perspectives of good governance, risk management, standardization, and tooling.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes & complexity
- Work with external vendors and start-ups around joint initiatives and around exploration of new directions.
What you’ll have:
- Proven extensive knowledge in digital assets, market trends and related regulatory developments
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Great passion and proven hands-on experience with Blockchain technologies
- Experience with both private and public networks
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the financial industry – major advantage
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong and diverse technical background. Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies, influence highly skilled engineering teams and overall have a personal impact on technology decisions and vision.
- At least 3 years in roles related to Blockchain and DLT
- At least 10 years of experience in the software industry
- Academic degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent. MSc or MBA – preferred
