Position Summary:

This role is individually accountable for administration and data analysis around leads and campaign management. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the maintaining the Campaigns marketing portal with up-to-date marketing collateral to enable advisers
  • Extracts campaigns based on the agreed criteria
  • Responds to queries regarding clients extracted
  • Executes campaigns via the Marketing automation tool (IMI / Everlytic)
  • Identifies, builds relationships and interfaces with internal and external resources.
  • Measures campaign performance and provides reports to management
  • Responsible for the design, marketing message (s), content, development, reproduction and distribution of Intermediary and stakeholder communication
  • Participates in evaluation and administration of campaign criteria
  • Participates in the campaign planning via pre-campaign data extractions
  • Manages the campaigns mailboxes
  • Tests the customer leads journey from all call be back lead sources; social media, web leads, external lead vendor leads, Find an
  • Adviser, inbound telephony, cross sell and upsell campaign’s and reintermediation campaigns
  • Responsible for administration around leads and campaign management
  • Manages the data integrity of the campaign extraction toolset, including quality checks, capability testing and data signoff.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Diploma in Marketing
  • Digital lead process and campaign management experience would be advantage
  • 3 – 5 years working experience in the financial and marketing industry
  • Digital and Direct marketing content writing experience would be advantage
