Position Summary:

The Campaign Executive will be primarily responsible for supporting the Campaign team in the end-to-end administration and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns. In addition to this, the Campaign Executive will work alongside the insight team to deliver campaign performance reporting ensuring that all campaign activity is as effective as possible.
The individual will provide support to ensure that the Clubs’ marketing tools are utilised effectively and efficiently to deliver best in class customer and fan engagement, and that its capabilities are maximised to best drive and protect commercial revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Campaign and Insight Team to deliver campaign performance reporting, providing data driven challenges/recommendations for future activity.
  • Develop case studies to showcase successful campaign initiatives to the Club and Commercial Partners.
  • Support Email Developer in reviewing incoming email briefs and creative assets against club guidelines and best practice.
  • Support in the building and execution of Cheetah Experiences to drive engagement and fan acquisition.
  • Work collaboratively with the Campaign Team on the campaign calendar & booking process across all digital campaigns; Email, SMS, push, Web, App, Organic and Paid Social activity, to include reviewing and chasing incomplete briefs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Campaign Team on the audience selection, testing, proofing and execution of outbound and triggered marketing email & SMS campaigns. To include working closely with Insight team to build selection criteria for email & SMS campaigns, ensuring data insights and previous learnings are used to continually develop email effectiveness.
  • Stay on top of industry trends (such as the Apple’s mail privacy protection in Sept 21′) and undertake competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor our email programme performance to ensure we maintain high deliverability and IP reputation.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with both internal / external customers / suppliers.
  • Support in the execution of Push notifications and In-app Messages.
  • Engage with and manage campaign stakeholders’ expectations across the end to end process, understanding business needs and advising where necessary the best course of action in achieving campaign objectives.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Formal training in Marketing Automation (i.e. Cheetah Digital, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce
  • Marketing Cloud or Dot Digital or any other recognised multi-channel marketing campaign tool) an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills

  • 1-2 years CRM/Campaign related experience an advantage
