Position Summary:
This is a technical hands-on role which will play an integral part in executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in depth experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a proven track record of owning personalization to increase customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test and maintain key content templates
- QA & sign-off on content, journey function, experience
- Define, build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys
- Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities
Required Education & Experience:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
- Expertise working with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio
- 4+ years marketing automation experience
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree
- In-depth understanding of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
