Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that referral doctors incentives are released in time as set by the management
  • Initiate sales activities to achieve the revenue target allocated
  • Attend to scheduled or unscheduled meetings to discuss and resolve problems including the hospital-wide committee meetings where attendance is necessary.
  • Timely monitor of the hospital industry
  • Provide timely, complete, and accurate Business Development reports periodically to the management for decision-making.
  • Adhere to department policies, procedures and systems.
  • Identify new CBD doctors as per the management needs to have clinics and perform procedures at hospitals
  • Adhere to internal control system and confidentiality of information
  • Coordinate with Outreach program team to undertake events
  • Responsible for generating revenue from referral business for the hospital as per the target set
  • Proactively monitor the revenue generated and initiate necessary action on timely basis if there is any deviation
  • Recommend to the HOD on introduction of new or modification of existing policies related to Sales Function.
  • Participate & execute in all the group initiatives as requested
  • Explore the opportunities to tie up with the corporates
  • Manage daily operations by distributing workloads to assigned employees
  • Undertake regular doctors and corporate visits as per the policies and procedures
  • Ensure the correctness of the reports before submitting to the HOD
  • Perform other related duties necessary to effect service efficiency.
  • Initiate and implement innovative Business Development activities which will support the hospitals and the Group to achieve its goals which include sales promotion, outreach

Required Education & Experience:

  • Travel: required as part of the job
  • Education: Bachelor degree or two-year course any other health related/Business Administration course after high school graduation.
  • Languages: Proficiency both in English and Arabic is preferable.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: At least Four (4) years’ experience in acting capacity from a reputable organization working with a Pharmaceutical company as a Medical Representative or Healthcare company with experience in Sharjah and Northern Emirates.
  • Ability to convinces customers communicating in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to patients.
