Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain changes to requirement using requirements management
- Map existing processes and the To-Be processes
- Document requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all involved parties
- Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with business stakeholders
- Assist the product owner with backlog refinement and prioritisation
- Be available to the team and participate in all Agile meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Pair with UX/UI designers on wireframes, user journey mapping
- Communicate requirements to the delivery team
Required Education & Experience:
- Relevant Agile certifications will be an advantage
- Quality orientated with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure / high tolerance for stress
- Matric
- Excellent people skills, relationship building, influence and ability to drive team cohesion
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Approachable and adaptable
- Good judgment
- Focused with good time management
- Reflective listening skills and understanding of the other’s point of view
- Business Analysis certifications
- Pursuit continuous improvement
- Be innovative / proactive/ preventative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive role model/positive attitude
- High energy level
- 3 years Agile Business Analyst experience in an IT department
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
