Position Summary:
As an Auditor (SID-HQ), the incumbent ensure that all audit systems and associated applications are actively supporting operational and tactical activities focused on national enforcement priorities, Priority Trade Issues and provides innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and implements technology and system frameworks to support the facilitation of information sharing and tracking priorities, needs, and accomplishments.
- Maintaining, supporting, administering, and enhancing the functional operations all the audit systems of record to support CBP, DHS Trade mission priorities
- Ensuring that all Audit Systems of record and associated applications are operating as specified, designed, and implemented
- Ensuring that all authorized users have seamless access to the latest tools and techniques to support CBP, DHS Trade mission priorities
- Creating and developing new systems processes which include developing software, conducting testing, implementing tools/processes, and providing ongoing support to automate processes
- Ensuring that all authorized users have seamless access to organizational data and information across all audit systems of record and associated applications
- Analyzing current and emerging needs with developing management plans to address those needs
- Working collaboratively with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and other Information Technology stakeholders supporting audit system modernization process
- Developing, and implementing innovative solutions improving the audit technology and audit processes
- Maintaining, supporting, administrating, and enhancing the functional operations of audit systems
Required Education & Experience:
