Position Summary:

Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint an Associate Analyst, Property who will provide knowledge and expertise in maintenance managements systems and planning tools (CMMS, IMPACT) to ensure compliance, prioritization of criticality, scheduling and tracking of all maintenance work activity. Reporting to the Asset Optimization Manager, this exciting opportunity will be based in our Brisbane Head Office on 12 months fixed-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with Chevron recruitment and on-boarding policies and procedures.
  • Comply and promote Safety Standards across the organisation
  • Comply and promote the We Lead Behaviours
  • Send out Landlord Notifications for Lessee works – (data entry into a template letter), and manage the return of the consent from the LL
  • Focus on rebrand notifications and upgrade works (pre-rebrand)
  • Assist in auditing and maintaining property database in conjunction with the Property Specialists and Finance teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure correctness of tenure details, and financial payments and continuing ongoing data integrity and database management.
  • SAP, Lease Eagle, Tenancy Schedule, Power Apps
  • Assist in other rebranding admin tasks such as AR creation, PO creation
  • Provide status reports on rebranding progress
  • Provide status updates and reports on Capex/Opex spending and tracking
  • Identify, anticipate and communicate roadblock and bottlenecks on rebranding sites
  • Review and interpret landlord agreements
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Required Education & Experience:

  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property management preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a property administration.
  • Critical thinking ability to create action plans and asses plans regularly to ensure effective implementation.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in property management desirable
  • Results orientated.
  • Leadership ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent administrative skills. Advanced Microsoft suite and excel skills.
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Medically fit and healthy
  • Exposure to digital innovation (desirable), along with excellent administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to produce high end reporting to Senior Management.
  • Proven stakeholder management, including liaising with landlords and government bodies
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Fuel / Oil / Petroleum industry desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of HSSE-Q requirements and responsibilities.
  • Very good problem-solving skills: ability to anticipate issues and resolve them before they escalate.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to think laterally.
