Position Summary:

The Assoc Hotels & Car Program Manager is responsible for ongoing hotels and car promotions, advertising, partner management, revenue forecasting and planning, technology enhancements, and reporting. This role will work closely with the Company’s Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Performance, Technology, and Customer Service teams and external partners to ensure these ancillary products are performing optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Customer Service feedback (CR, Social, Partner Customer Service)
  • Regularly problem solve, recommend growth, and merchandising opportunities for program
  • Work closely with Technology, Customer Service, and various teams to quickly resolve defects and Customer issues
  • Develop business cases for new product features as requested
  • Proactively innovate, visualize the big picture, and initiate course of action in line with Marketing strategy by driving forward against established timelines
  • Work closely with partners, Marketing, and Digital teams to develop promotions
  • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
  • Works with leader to align on program priorities
  • Evangelize product needs and convey well thought-out recommendations that are based in data driven insights
  • Monitor air business performance and product trends while working closely with partners to implement initiatives
  • Directly manage several external hotel and car partners
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Required Education & Experience:

  • Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
  • Ability to identify project risks and communicate risks to team and leaders
  • Product merchandising
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and a changing environment
  • Skilled in management of medium- and small-scale projects
  • Supporting contract negotiation
  • Skilled in organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively identify, manage, initiate, and influence change
  • Skilled in task prioritization to meet department objectives and goals
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
  • Product management and planning
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
  • Skilled in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in facilitating meetings, working sessions and/or interviews
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and/or direction
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Ability to direct and organize program activities
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Ability to move various multi-media and computer equipment up to 35 pounds from one location to another
  • Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
