Position Summary:

Plan and implement hotel standards services in the hospital through maintenance of high standard of hygiene and ensure daily supply of clean linen to the patients. Effective management of linen stock levels in the wards and linen stores. Ensure compliance to Ideal hospital and OHS standards. Monitor and ensure proper utilization of physical and financial resources. Utilize scientific tools to analyze the hospital hygienic standard and provide an appropriate cleaning programme that meets OHS standards. Effective management and Safeguarding of GG vehicles. Monitoring of trips and Electronic Logsheet System(ELS). Lead the unit team to achieve the departmental goals.

What you’ll have:

A Degree / National Diploma in Logistics, Public Administration Management OR Grade 12 with more than10 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have at least three years’ experience as an Administrative Manager. Experience at Level 7 and above in a hospital environment will be an added advantage. Have knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety matters. Sound analytic and interpersonal skills, writing, problem-solving, client orientated, team leadership, and people management. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
