Key Responsibilities:
- Supported by our Finance colleagues, deliver and measure value and ROI for your products
- Partner with our awesome engineers, architects and delivery managers to design services our colleagues and customers love
- Have fun and love what you do!
- Share your experiences to support, mentor and/or coach Product Manager colleagues (and it works both ways too!)
- This role will require a brave individual who can fly the flag of agile delivery methodologies and coach the team and stakeholders to test and learn, fail fast and deliver outcomes iteratively
- Be a thought leader, develop and own the vision for products supporting our Marketing and Nectar business
- This role will product manage and create innovative technology in the AdTech domain which is at the centre of our Marketing Technology and Nectar360 strategy
- We will need you to collaborate with colleagues from Sainsbury’s and the Nectar business to determine the product strategy and roadmap
Required Education & Experience:
- Strategic vision and the ability to articulate it to others
- An understanding and evangelical spirit of Agile delivery
- Experience of working as a Product Manager in AdTech is highly desirable
- You care about our customers, what they need, and the way they think and shop
- You’re a people person. To make things happen you’ll be a successful influencer working at the interface between different teams to effect change across the business
- An ability to work with development teams and third parties, building real software
- Success is about balancing the customer, the tech and the commercials. We need someone who can juggle the lot
