Position Summary:
As an ER Case Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of Employee Relations case management and advisory services to a subset of the Sainsbury’s group. You will support a single geographic region encompassing Sainsbury’s, Sainsbury’s Argos and Sainsbury’s Bank covering all divisions and business units represented within that geography whether Store, Store Support Centre, or Distribution.
Required Education & Experience:
- Excellent judgement – supporting advice that uses a combination of experience and sound technical expertise
- Expert understanding and grasp of how to operate within an environment of multiple HR policies and procedures
- Credible expertise in all aspects of HR specifically employee relations, employment law, occupational health, immigration, and rights to work
- Excellent verbal and written communications – the ability to break down complex information and communicate simply across a range of stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder management skills and relationship building
