Position Summary:
The Administrator, Analysis and Planning will play a key role in both supporting current Operations business processes and performance metrics along with accelerating the development and completion of new initiatives, procedural improvements, and projects. This this role will help develop and execute project plans, archive and maintain project repositories, and ensure key success measures are met while delivering first-class internal service. The Administrator, Analysis and Planning will be responsible for developing and executing valuable efficiency analyses that influence Operational procedures and help achieve departmental strategic goals and targeted metrics across all Operations disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate short-term projects through identifying, monitoring, and executing key deliverables, ensuring documentation is maintained and finalized, and managing resource engagement
- Document and follow up on action items and decisions from formal and informal communications
- Arrange and conduct studies related to operational efficiencies through research, data collection and measurement, and benchmarking
- Provide support in organizing and submitting the annual budget
- Compile and organize data to generate regular and ad hoc reporting requests by synthesizing data into information relevant to each request and the intended audience
- Facilitate document retention and memorialization of operational procedures
- Support facilitation of meetings with Operational leaders and third-party contractors to collect project requirements, report out initiative progress, seek feedback, and coordinate project deliverables
- Review monthly Operations financial records and reports for accurate coding, reconciliation, and projection and track variances between actual spend and budget to enhance budgetary visibility
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing systems, programs and databases routinely utilized by the Operations department
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed and directed
- Proactively support the Operations team in identifying, developing, and enforcing best practices and processes that streamline operational efficiency and support strategic departmental and organizational goals
Required Education & Experience:

- Background in web-based and mobile CRM applications
- Openness to creativity, innovation, and change
- Demonstrated passion and ability to deliver a high level of service to a diverse set of internal and external clients
- Demonstrated capability to compartmentalize complex, time intensive work into manageable, smaller milestones
- Ability to setup data collection tools, evaluate information, and make recommendations.
- 2-year degree or pursuing a degree and equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
- Experience in project management or data analytics
- Ability to receive and understand direction, ask questions when appropriate, anticipate needs, and manage time to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
