Position Summary:

As a Recruiter on our team, you’ll be responsible for developing innovative and aggressive methods to penetrate the talent landscape to source, evaluate, interview and pipeline experienced candidates for Accenture Technology. The Recruiter will develop deep relationships and alignment with our business stakeholders in order to support current and upcoming demand. The Recruiter will also cultivate relationships with key experienced candidates and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs and strategic long-term demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of talent
  • Research, gather market intelligence and report on talent landscape
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques and screening methods to determine if candidates are a fit for a defined position
  • Create weekly reports on pipelines, activity and offers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruiting pipelines in applicant tracking system
  • Learn, articulate and sell our offerings, culture and business initiatives
  • Build relationships with hiring managers – initiate kick-off calls to understand candidate profile and provide regular updates to manager
  • Manage an end-to-end recruiting life cycle by aggressively sourcing, identifying, screening, and closing candidates for Accenture Technology
  • Manage the interview process for both managers and candidates
  • Deliver results with little supervision to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates

Required Education & Experience:

  • You have demonstrated the ability to deliver a balance of quality and quantity in candidate pipeline
  • You have experience recruiting in Technology
  • You have knowledge of information technology and applicant tracking systems, as well as various methods of creative Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social and professional networking sites, Boolean search logic, search modifiers, etc.)
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn and nontraditional tools
  • 2+ years of proven ability to effectively manage multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years end-to-end recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting environment
  • You have experience recruiting for a consulting organization
